How do I clean up hair coloring stains from my sink and counter top?

I have recently colored my hair and managed to make a bit of a mess and now my sink and counter top have the stain on them. I need to get these stains out, any ideas?How do I clean up hair coloring stains from my sink and counter top?

try nail polish remover or paint thinner!
There is a product ';Gumpton'; you buy it in the supermarket cleaning product aisle. Works a treat
magic eraser will ';erase'; anything!! They are the one thing you can not be without!
i've used dishwasher soap before..or that soft scrub with bleach..both have worked for me..
have you tried nail polish remover? seriously, with some stains, it actually works.
there are lots of commericals for that but i suggest looking at target, and walmart.
Bleach or a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser.
