If you want to use permanent color on your hair, there will be damage no matter what. Only demi and semi permanent hair color doesn't damage it. So if you want to go darker, try PM Shines by Paul Mitchell (demi-permanent). If you want to lighten your hair (or go darker too) use The Color also by Paul Mitchell. This hair color has the same level ammonia no matter how light or dark you want to go which means less damage. Well usually the hair colour product that lasts for 3 days is Schwarzkofph Live. I reccommend using Loreal.
