I need help with my hair coloring issues?

In the past I have gotten my hair professionally colored, but as of now I am unable to afford it any more. Right now I have a deep red with black underneath and highlights as well. Which is too much for me to keep up with if I dye my own hair. I just want to do it all red. Will it turn out bad with the highlights already in my hair, and will I be able to cover the black?I need help with my hair coloring issues?

okay first things don't use box dye its bad for your hair, i went to empire beauty school. go to sally's beauty supplies u can get good color from there which is only $4 to $6 and u have to get bleach, they have professional stuff there. don't go wasting your money on box dye, it fades quicker and it kills your hair. i know i went through it, i still I'm i colored my hair when i was 12 and did it since i was 18 then i went to school. i found it out and I'm only 19. but please trust me its bad for your hair. okay the first thing for proof is what metallic ';box dyes'; dyes do to your hair. next 3 things are what u can get. If you don't believe me then u don't I'm just telling the truth
You won't be able to cover the black without bleaching first, but the highlights will color easily. Bleach shouldn't be hard to come by, but if you've bleached your hair where the black is before it's gonna be very fried.


Be careful what dyes you use, because there's a whole lotta crap out there... I suggest Special Effects hair dye. :)
