Where can I get free hair cuts or coloring for free? I used to get them at bumble %26amp; bumble but they always make me wait 2-3 months between the time of booking and the actual appointment. I need a coloring now and I can't wait till the end of october!Where can i get free hair coloring or cuts?

Free? Hmm...do you have maybe a friend or a neighbor that could do it for you?
And you can always buy haircoloring kits and things at a drugstore for (I'm assuming) pretty cheap.
